Plus UTS learning

Designed by our world-class academics with the same academic rigour as our degree programs.
Industry focused learning options include award and non-award courses, short courses and microcredentials that can be aligned to your specific needs.
Online, face-to-face or blended experiences that emulate the benefits of the classroom, boardroom and peer-to-peer interaction.
Your teams can learn in closed cohorts to work on skills specific to your organisation. Alternatively they can be grouped with learners from outside your company to get a broader perspective.

Expertise Plus Exceptional Learning Design

Our tutors are experts in their field, and many have specific industry experience.

Your learning needs are always matched to the person who can bring your people the most relevant content for your sector.

Courses can be delivered industry agnostic or, for closed cohorts, can be customised with industry specific case studies or business pertinent assessments.

Alternatively, we can co-design learning from scratch with your subject matter experts to create what you need. Partner with us to deliver learning that is designed to skill people with what they'll need for the future.

Each online course we design contains a mix of experiences to keep your learners engaged - with quizzes, interactive content and plenty of discussion forums for your people to interact with their peers.

Many of our online courses include regular live virtual or face-to-face tutorials and sessions with tutors as well as live Q&A sessions to get each learner's questions answered.

Sessions are recorded for those who can't attend live.

Course types

UTS microcredentials

Our microcredential offerings are rich in university-level course content, highly interactive and industry oriented.

All courses are academically rigorous and assessed, hence the learners can, over a period of typically eight weeks, build new skills in areas ranging from data literacy and machine learning to the ethics of AI and data visualisation. We also have microcredentials in business, health, design, problem-solving and more.

By working in cohorts and using your organisation's own data sets or current industry problems, the skills development takes place in a real-world context. Given the training is credentialed, employees can aggregate the microcredentials into a further qualification.
